Most new graduate students begin in the fall term
(mid-September). Your application file should be complete by March 1st
to get priority consideration for an assistantship for fall term. We
accept new students in the winter and spring terms as well, but
assistantships may not be available at these times. Not all faculty
members can or want to take on additional graduate students.
Assistantships include a stipend of approximately $18,000
(including summer term) and tuition remission. The number of
assistantships is limited, so there is no guarantee that all accepted
students will receive funding.
If you have questions about application procedures or
assistantships, please contact Dr. Erik Sanchez or Dr. Andres LaRosa.
All of the necessary application materials can be downloaded
as PDF files, and links are provided below. You will need to submit two
application packets. For your convenience, a checklist of the items
required is provided below. Please send materials to the appropriate
department as indicated.
